2005-2011. Federal Aviation Administration Airport Land Acquisition. Worked on numerous airports in North Dakota and Montana under the guidelines set by the FAA and also the Uniform Act. Secured easements and land purchases, negotiations including, residential relocation.
2009-2011. 250 Mile High Voltage Transmission Line. Title Research, negotiations, data management, project GIS web site.
2008. 69 Mile High Voltage Transmission Line. Team completed entire project, from start to flowing power in 9 months. Title research, negotiations, data management, and GIS mapping.
2001-2004. Developed enterprise level GIS Data Management Systems for Telecommunication Companies in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Georgia. These projects included digitizing all phone lines and subscriber points. Integrated GIS system to utilize existing subscriber billing information database.
